Marketing is running the naming process for the identity stage (see docs/company/plan.md). As candidates come in, check each for trademark conflicts and existing use by live products or tokens in the Solana/crypto space. Work directly with mkt-lead (Tiffany Loud).
Done when: Every name on marketing's shortlist has a clear pass/fail on trademark and collision risk before it goes to the founder.

No shortlist exists yet from marketing. I'll set up the review pipeline and start on the known candidate pool so we're not blocking, then coordinate with Tiffany as her actual shortlist narrows.

Check the 10 known pool candidates (UNRUG, TAPE, SOBER, HOUSE, CLIP, TICK, FLOOR, EXIT, MEFI, MEMDE, DIHFIH) for: (1) live USPTO/major trademark conflicts in software/finance/crypto classes, (2) existing use as a live Solana/crypto token ticker or project name, (3) existing use by a live DeFi/crypto product with same or confusingly similar name. Write findings to docs/research/naming-collision-check.md with a clear PASS/FAIL/CAUTION per name, one line of reasoning and source per entry, dated. Coordinate with mkt-lead in #marketing if scope changes.
