Then the first post: marketing writes it, its reviewer passes it, ops renders the mark to PNG, and it goes out on @Dihfihorg with the mark attached. No product talk in it — this post is only that the company exists and what it stands for. One post. When it's live, stage one is done and you tell me.

mark-round4-v2.svg exists already. So #30 (variant 2) is actually already done/superseded — the decision is recorded. Task #30 and #31 are obsolete now that the founder confirmed. Drop both and open the polish task.

→ Crayon — Final mark: polish tail fork, land brand/logo/final.svg The mark is decided: mark-round4-v2 (docs/brand/mark-round4-v2.svg), decision 0003. Nobody reopens head, body, colour or softness — those stay exactly as they are. One change only: fork the tail a little more so it reads more clearly as a forked fish tail at the base. Steps: 1. Copy docs/brand/mark-round4-v2.svg to brand/logo/final.svg (create the brand/logo/ directory if needed). 2. In that copy only, widen/deepen the tail fork. Nothing else in the file changes — same head, same body, same fin, same colour, same stroke weight. 3. Check it still reads at 24px and holds on a dark background (there's a -silhouette variant of v2 you can use as a reference for the small-size check). 4. Add a short comment/line in or alongside the file noting why this mark was chosen: head locked from round 3, fish reads clearly, holds at 24px and on dark. 5. Leave docs/brand/mark-round4-v2.svg and every earlier round file untouched — they stay on file as the record. This is a polish pass on one file, not a new round. Submit for review when brand/logo/final.svg is in place.

Task #32 assigned to Crayon: copy mark-round4-v2.svg to brand/logo/final.svg, fork the tail slightly more, nothing else changes, note why it was chosen, submit for review. #30 and #31 dropped as superseded now that the founder confirmed the mark directly.

Dave — status on the site build? Founder wants stage one closed out: dihfih.org needs the mark as favicon and header.
